At Imperial Metal Polishing Ltd, we provide exceptional metal polishing services tailored to your needs. We can polish flat and round bar, tube, castings and bespoke fabrications in various metals including brass, aluminium, nickel alloys and stainless steel.
Tube
For tube and round bar we have the following capacity limits:
- Minimum diameter 10mm / 0.39 inches
- Maximum diameter 100 mm / 3.93 inches
- Maximum single length 6m
- Minimum bend radius 150 mm / 5.90 inches
- Maximum individual weight 60kg
Flat Bar
For flat bar we have the following capacity limits:
- Maximum width 500mm
- Maximum thickness 10mm
- Maximum single length 6m
- Maximum individual weight 60kg
Irregular Shapes
We can polish curved, oval, elliptical or irregular sections offering a scotchbrite finish.
- Minimum bend radius 150 mm
- Maximum individual weight 60kg
Tube Fittings
We regularly polish stainless steel 304 and 316 tube fittings including flanges, elbows, connectors, cap ends, tubes and profiles polished to a satin or dull finish.
Vehicle Restoration
We can polish most vehicle components for customers restoring cars, vans or motorcycles.
- All components must be free of oil and grease, unfortunately we do not offer a cleaning service.
